Agility is one of the slowest and most monotonous skills to train in OSRS However, it can have several benefits. As you progress in your agility and improve your agility, you’ll have more run energy as a permanent increase. There are various alternative ways to train the skill, but the majority of your training in agility with OSRS will take place at various agility training courses. Rooftop courses will be an essential part of your agility journey, as you’ll accumulate Marks to purchase the Graceful set, or use for profit.
Levels 1-10 Gnome Agility
When you are beginning your training, you should be aware that the initial 32 Agility levels can be avoided through quests. Levels 10-20 – Draynor Rooftop
From now on you will be using Rooftop course for the bulk of your training. The first course will be the Draynor Rooftop course. Al Kharid Rooftop, Levels 20-30
The next level of Rooftop course is located in Al Kharid. Certain players prefer to continue using the Draynor Rooftop course until 30, because it’s about similar to the xp/hour rate, but and without Energy Potions. The next step on our Rooftop journey will be Canifis. Canifis course. There are several options here depending on how you’d like to improve your Agility. The Canifis course, which is between levels 40-60, is one of the fastest Marks of Grace possible. If you’re trying to become fully Graceful, I’d recommend that you stick here for these levels.
Aren’t interested in Marks of Grace? Once you’ve reached level 47, you are able to take advantage of Summer Pies to boost your level to be able to take the Wilderness course. It is possible to take the course in lieu of Summer Pies starting at level 52. This course has more efficient than the Canifis course, but does not provide Marks of Grace at all.

Levels 70-80 Pollnivneach Rooftop
In the absence of Kandarin Hard Diary, we’ll proceed to the Pollnivneach Course. At this point you’ll know the gist of the skill. There’s nothing particularly noteworthy to take note of about this course, other than continuing to collect all of your Marks of Grace.
Starting at level 70 it will take you about 1,403 laps before you reach the level of Agility 80. Each complete lap rewards you with 890 points.

Utilize the map to swiftly find your way to your destination on the Pollnivneach Rooftop course. A few quick ways are:
